Riu Tikida Garden (Adults Only) Hotel Marrakesh, Marrakesh

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and comfy, but had some issues like a non-working safe and TV. The ground floor location allowed for a quiet reading spot outside, which was a plus. However, dealing with cockroaches in the first room was a big negative.

The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with exceptionally friendly staff. While the rooms are small and a bit tired, they are kept impeccably clean thanks to our wonderful chamber maid. The service staff, especially our lovely waiter My Husseine, are super friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location, just a 10-minute shuttle ride from the center of Marrakech, is a great surprise with beautiful gardens and wildlife. The dining experience is varied but could use improvements in the selection. Overall, a great value for money stay with lovely amenities and entertainment on-site.

The hotel's rooms were spacious and well-equipped, kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay by the fantastic chambermaid. However, there were some issues with the safe and TV that needed to be fixed. The shower experience was not ideal, with an outdated shower head causing water to drip on the floor, making it slippery and dangerous.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were serviced everyday to the highest standard, very clean, and met all my expectations. The service was incredibly kind and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The location was pleasant, with lovely gardens and plenty of loungers. The dining experience was a mix of good and not so good options, and the facilities were convenient and well-maintained.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were really good with a lovely view of the pool and grounds; no complaints there whatsoever. The service was top-notch, with incredibly kind staff going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, away from the main square in Marrakesh old town, and the dining experience, though limited at times, offered a good variety. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel has a lovely fragrance and potentially stunning daytime views. However, the rooms are not soundproof enough to block out entertainment noise, making it hard to concentrate.

The hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms of good standard with twin beds as requested, good size wardrobes for 2 ladies, separate toilet and bathroom, safety deposit box, and mini fridge. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff are lovely, working very hard and always having time for everybody. The location is fine, with well-tended surroundings attracting butterflies and various birdlife. The dining experience, while very nice, could have better options for breakfast. The facilities are tremendous, offering a wide range of services and amenities.
